10:11. Case of the adjusting valve


Prevention

At work with the adjusting valve be especially careful as it consists a large number of exact details. At removal have details in a certain order not to mix them. Clear the removed details solvent and dry up them compressed air. Clean all openings and channels compressed air.

4 – (to replace) a sealing ring of round section;
5 – the switching solenoid A (1–2 solenoid);
6 – solenoid of coupling of the converter of torque;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out bolts and remove an oil pipeline.
2. Remove sealing rings from an oil pipeline.
3. Remove the switching solenoid and the mesh filter.
4. Remove the solenoid of coupling of the converter of torque and the mesh filter.
5. Remove the switching B and C solenoids and mesh filters.
6. Remove the linear electromagnetic valve.
7. Turn out nine bolts of fastening of the top case of the adjusting valve.
8. Turn out two screws.
9. Remove laying of B, the top plate of a separator, an oil filter and laying of A.
10. Turn out seven bolts and remove the main adjusting valve.
11. Turn out two screws.
12. Remove laying of D, the main plate of a separator and laying of C.
13. Remove three rubber balls from the main case of the adjusting valve.
14. Remove the oil mesh filter and two rubber balls from the additional main case of the adjusting valve.
15. Turn out six bolts and remove the additional main case of the adjusting valve.
16. Remove laying of E, the lower plate of a separator, an oil filter and laying of F.
17. Remove the oil mesh filter from the lower case of the adjusting valve.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the oil mesh filter in the lower case of the adjusting valve.

2. Establish an oil filter in the lower plate of a separator.

Prevention

Laying of F and laying of E are not interchanged. They are identified by a form in the area shown in the drawing.


3. Install laying of F, on a plate of a separator and new laying of E on the lower case of the valve
4. Install the additional main case of the adjusting valve on the lower case and fix by seven bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

5. Install two rubber balls and oil mesh filters in the additional main case of the adjusting valve.

6. Install rubber balls in the main case of the adjusting valve.


Prevention

Laying With and laying of D are not interchangeable. They are identified by a form in the area shown in the drawing.


7. Install new laying of C, a plate of a separator and laying of D on the main case of the adjusting valve.
8. Fix laying of C, a plate of a separator and laying by D to the main case two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 1,27–1,86 N • m

9. Install the main case of the adjusting valve on the additional main case of the adjusting valve.

Prevention

Arrange heads of bolts as shown in the drawing.


10. Freely screw bolts.
11. Establish an oil filter in the top plate of a separator.

Prevention

Laying And yes laying In are not interchangeable. They are identified by a form in the area shown in the drawing.


12. Install new laying of A, the top plate of a separator and new laying of B on the top case of the adjusting valve.

13. Fix by two bolts to the main case of the adjusting valve laying of A, the top plate of a separator and laying of B.
14. Install the top case of the adjusting valve on the main case of the adjusting valve and fix by nine bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m


Prevention

Arrange heads of bolts as shown in the drawing.


15. Freely screw bolts of fastening of the lower case of the adjusting valve.
16. Install the linear electromagnetic valve.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

17. Install B and C solenoids, oil mesh filters and an arm.
18. Tighten bolts the required moment.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

19. Establish coupling of the converter of torque and the oil mesh filter.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

20. Install the solenoid of switching and the oil mesh filter on the top case of the valve.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

21. Grease with liquid for the automatic transmission sealing rings and establish them on an oil pipeline.
22. Establish an oil pipeline and fix it by bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

23. Grease with liquid for the automatic transmission sealing rings and install them on the block of the mesh filter
24. Install the oil mesh filter on the case of the adjusting valve and fix it by three bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N of m
