Rotary fist and nave of a forward wheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Turn out four nuts of fastening of a wheel.
3. Remove a wheel.
4. Unbend a fillet and turn off a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave and turn out two bolts of fastening of a brake disk.
5. Remove a support and a brake disk.

Prevention

Do not damage a dustproof cover.


6. Take the forelock and turn off a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering thirst for a rotary fist. A stripper of OK130 283 021 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
7. Disconnect an earring of the stabilizer of cross stability from the lower cross lever of a forward suspension bracket.
8. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the lower lever down, and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist.
9. Note situation and turn out bolts of fastening of the lower part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist. Remove a rotary fist and a nave of a forward wheel.

10. Check a condition of all details and, if necessary, restore or replace the damaged details.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rotary fist and a nave of a wheel fix by bolts to the lower part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
2. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the lower lever in a rotary fist and fix by a coupling bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 43–54 N • m

3. Establish a brake disk on a nave of a wheel and fix by two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 10–15 N • m

4. Establish a support of a forward brake on a rotary fist and fix by two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 45-68 N • m


Prevention

Do not damage a dustproof cover.


5. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft in a rotary fist.
6. Screw nuts and the forelock, record them from an otvorachivaniye.

Inhaling moment: 29–44 N • m

7. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a power shaft.

Inhaling moment: 210–279 N • m

8. Establish a wheel.

9. Tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel.

Inhaling moment: 88–118 N • m

10. Freely screw nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer, lower the car and, on the car standing on wheels tighten nuts.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m

11. Check the angles of installation of forward wheels.
