Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out two bolts and nuts and remove an oil pipeline arm, then separate four oil pipelines from steering transfer.

Prevention

After separation of oil pipelines, close openings traffic jams or tape, for an exception of hit of alien materials.


2. Before an otvorachivaniye of a tip of steering draft note a relative positioning of steering draft, a lock-nut and a tip of steering draft.
3. Weaken a lock-nut and turn off a tip of steering draft from steering draft.
4. A thin drift and the hammer beat out a spring pin.
5. Turn off a lock-nut of fixing of a stopper.
6. Turn out a stopper.
7. Remove a spring and the sliding emphasis.
8. Turn out a lock-nut.
9. Fix a case of steering transfer in a vice and remove a gear wheel shaft.

10. Remove the plug of steering transfer.

11. The special tool put forward a gear lath from a case from a gear wheel shaft.

Prevention

If the gear lath is removed without special tool, damage of a case by teeths of a gear lath is possible.


12. Install the special tool to a carving part of transfer from a gear wheel casing.
13. Remove consolidation at a vydviganiye of a gear lath.
14. Insert the special tool from a gear wheel shaft so that he contacted with the expansion plug.
15. Install the second special tool from opposite to already installed earlier suitable tool.
16. Fix a case of steering transfer in a vice.
17. Beat out the bearing and consolidation of a lath from a case.
18. The special tool beat out the lower bearing from a case.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check details of steering transfer for lack of cracks or damages, and also for unevenness of wear of teeths of a lath. If necessary, replace worn-out details.
2. Check sealing rings for lack of uneven wear and damages. If necessary, replace worn-out details.
3. Establish a gear lath on V-shaped blocks and measure by the indicator of hour type a lath deflection. If the deflection exceeds admissible value, replace a lath.

Deflection: 0,15 mm

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish rubber support on a case of steering transfer.
2. Establish by the plastic hammer arms.
3. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on a sealing ring of round section and a sealing ring.
4. Establish a sealing ring of round section in a flute of a gear lath.
5. Establish a sealing ring in a flute of a gear lath.

Prevention

Be careful not to tear or damage a working edge of a sealing ring.


6. Manually establish a sealing ring so that it entered a flute.
7. Apply a thin film of lubricant on a flat surface of an insert of a casing.
8. Connect consolidation of a lath to the greased flat surface of an insert of a casing.
9. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on internal and external speak rapidly inserts of a casing and consolidation of a lath.
10. Install an insert of a casing and consolidation of a lath on the special tool.
11. Insert the special tool into a gear wheel shaft nest.
12. Screw and tighten nuts of the special tool.
13. Return a shaft of the special tool as far as possible and press a sealing ring and an insert of a casing.
14. Remove the special tool.
15. Apply lubricant on a lithium basis (NLGI No. 2) on the surface of friction and teeths of a gear lath.
16. The special tool move a gear lath into a case of steering transfer from a drive gear wheel.
17. Remove the special tool.
18. Apply failure of sealant on a carving part of the plug.
19. Install the plug in a case of steering transfer.
20. Tighten the plug, at the same time consolidation of a lath has to howl in a pipe.

Inhaling moment: 88–98 N • m

21. Connect the special tool to a cylinder casing.
22. Connect the vacuum pump to the special tool.
23. Create depression of 400 mm Hg.
24. Check that vacuum is supported within at least 30 seconds. Otherwise check consolidation and assembly.
25. Fix a gear wheel casing in a vice so that lower opening for the bearing was directed up.
26. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on the lower bearing and establish it in a case.
27. Press the bearing into a gear wheel case a gear wheel cover. Tighten a stopper until sharp increase in the enclosed torque.
28. Apply lubricant on a lithium basis (NLGI No. 2) on gear wheel teeths.
29. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on a sealing ring and the surface of friction of the adjusting valve.
30. Establish a gear wheel shaft in a case.

Prevention

Be careful not to damage oil consolidation with gear wheel teeths. Be careful not to damage a working edge of a sealing ring and the adjusting valve.


31. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on the bearing of a shaft and establish it.
32. Apply a thin film of transmission liquid on an oil sealing ring and grease a ledge with lubricant on a lithium basis (NLGI No. 2).
33. Install the special tool (plug) on gear wheel shaft vents.
34. Pulling on the special tool (plug) establish an oil sealing ring in a case of steering transfer.
35. Establish by the plug of the corresponding diameter and the hammer an oil sealing ring so that deepening for installation of a spring ring was visible.

Prevention

At installation press an oil sealing ring.


36. Temporarily establish a connector from a pipe of a case of steering transfer.
37. Screw a lock-nut on a gear wheel shaft before contact of connecting draft a pipe of a case of steering transfer.
38. Tighten a lock-nut.

Inhaling moment: 39–49 N • m

39. Apply a thin film of sealant on a case cover carving.
40. Establish a case cover.

Inhaling moment: 44–54 N • m

41. A core, in two places, fuller a cover in a case.
42. Fix a case of steering transfer in a vice so that the sliding emphasis was from above.
43. Grease the sliding emphasis with lubricant on a lithium basis (NLGI No. 2).
44. Establish the sliding emphasis in a case.
45. Establish a gear lath in the central situation.
46. Tighten a stopper of the sliding emphasis the moment of an inhaling of 9,8 N • m also weaken it.
47. Tighten a stopper of the sliding emphasis the moment of an inhaling of 4,9±0,5 N • m then weaken it on 45 °.
48. Apply a thin film of sealant on a carving of a stopper of the sliding emphasis.
49. Establish, and tighten a lock-nut.

Inhaling moment: 49–59 N • m

50. Fix a case of steering transfer in a vice.
51. Establish steering draft on steering transfer.

Inhaling moment: 108–128 N • m

52. Establish a new cylindrical pin.
53. Fill a new protective cover of steering transfer with the required amount of lubricant.

Lubricant (KTSG 06): about 30 g

54. Apply a thin film of sealant on the surface of a protective cover established on a case of steering transfer.
55. Apply a thin film of lubricant on the internal surface of a protective cover established on steering draft.
56. Pulling on steering draft, establish a protective cover of steering transfer. Fix the big party of a cover by a wire having wrapped up it on two turns and twirl the ends of a wire 4–4,5 times.

Prevention

Be careful not to damage a wire of fastening of a cover.


57. Fix a cover from the smaller party by a collar.
58. Screw a lock-nut of steering draft, and combine the tags put before a nut reversing. Screw a tip of steering draft, and combine the tags put before a tip reversing. Tighten a lock-nut of a tip of steering draft.
59. Fix a case of steering transfer in a vice so that openings for oil pipelines settled down from above.
60. Establish an oil pipeline arm to oil pipelines and a case of steering transfer and fix by two bolts and nuts.

Inhaling moment: 39–49 N • m
