Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a clip and disconnect a cable of the parking brake. |
2. Turn out a connecting bolt of fastening of a brake tube to a support. |
3. Press a back brake hose. |
4. Turn out two directing bolts of fastening of a support. |
5. Remove a support from a brake disk. |
6. Remove two V-shaped springs of fastening of brake shoes. |
7. Remove brake shoes, laying and the directing plates. |
8. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the holder of a support. |
9. Remove the holder of a support. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Measure thickness of brake shoes.
Thickness of brake shoes: Nominal: 10,0 mm Minimum admissible: 2,0 mm |
2. Measure by the indicator of hour type a beating of a brake disk.
Maximum beating: 0,08 mm |
3. Measure thickness of a brake disk.
Thickness of a brake disk: Nominal: 10 mm Minimum admissible: 8 mm |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish the holder of a support and fix it by two bolts.
Inhaling moment: 45–67 N • m |
2. Establish the directing plates. |
3. Establish brake shoes and laying and fix them by two V-shaped springs. |
 |
4. Special OK9A4 263 001 adaptation press the piston into a support in order that it was possible to establish a support on new brake shoes. |
5. Tighten two directing bolts of fastening of a support.
Inhaling moment: 29–39 N • m |
6. Connect a brake tube to a support and fix it by a connecting bolt.
Inhaling moment: 22–29 N • m |
7. Establish a cable of the parking brake and fix it by a clip. |
8. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of the brake system. |
9. Check lack of leak of brake fluid. |
