15.7. Cross beam of a back suspension bracket

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of forward cross thirst for a cross beam.
4. Turn out a bolt and remove a washer of fastening of back cross thirst for a cross beam.
5. Turn out a nut and remove a hinged bolt of fastening of cross thirsts for a support of a back nave.
6. Turn out two hinged bolts of fastening of the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
7. Remove the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket.
8. Turn out nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer of cross stability.
9. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer and take off stabilizer earrings
10. Turn out an assembly bolt of fastening of an arm of the stabilizer and plug of an arm of the stabilizer.
11. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability.
12. Turn out three bolts of fastening of an arm of a cross beam, then turn out one bolt of fastening of a cross-piece to a cross beam.
13. Remove a cross beam.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Screw one bolt of fastening of a cross-piece to a cross beam, then screw three bolts of fastening of an arm of a cross beam.

Inhaling moment: 46–57 N • m
2. Install the stabilizer of cross stability.
3. Apply lubricant on the stabilizer plug.
4. Install stabilizer plugs according to the adjusting tags applied on the stabilizer.
5. Establish arms of the stabilizer and fix by bolts.
6. Screw a bolt of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to a cross beam.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
7. Screw nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer to the stabilizer.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
8. Install the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket in an arm and on a support of a nave and fix by two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 43–61 N • m
9. Establish cross drafts on a support of a nave and fix by a hinged bolt, two washers and a spring washer, then tighten a lock nut.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
10. Establish forward cross draft and fix it by a bolt and a lock washer to a cross beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
11. Establish back cross draft and fix it by a bolt and a lock washer to a cross beam.

Inhaling moment: 93–117 N • m
12. After installation, check the angles of installation of back wheels.
