Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a forward spring, and the shock-absorber.
2. Turn out four assembly bolts.
3. Fix the top support of a rack in a vice.
Prevention

Close sponges of a vice plates from soft material.

4. Weaken a lock nut on two-three turns.
Prevention

Do not turn out completely a nut.

5. Special OK2A1 341 001 adaptation squeeze a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
6. Turn out a lock nut and remove a washer.
7. Note the provision of the top support of a rack of a forward suspension bracket, then remove it. Remove the top nest of a spring, the top laying of a spring, a cylindrical spring, a protective cover, an emphasis, the lower laying of a spring and the lower nest of a spring.

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check the following details of a rack of a forward suspension bracket and, if necessary, replace them:
   a. undertake a hand a rod of the shock-absorber and several times press and extend it from the shock-absorber;
   b. check that the rod moves smoothly, without jammings and the effort enclosed to a rod does not change with each course;
   c. be convinced that when moving a rod there are no extraneous noises.

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fix the shock-absorber in a vice.
Prevention

Close sponges of a vice plates from soft material.

2. Special OK2A1 341 001 adaptation squeeze a spring of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
3. Establish a cylindrical spring, having established the lower end of a spring in dredging.
4. Install the buffer.
5. Apply special lubricant for rubber on an emphasis and the top nest of a spring.
6. Establish the top laying and a nest of a spring.
7. Establish the top support of a rack in its initial situation.
8. Establish a washer and a lock nut of a rod and tighten it, a little.
9. Remove the special OK2A1 341 001 device for compression of a spring.
Prevention

Check that the cylindrical spring is correctly placed in the top and lower nests.

10. Close sponges of a vice plates from soft material and fix the top support of a rack in a vice.
11. Tighten a lock nut of a rod the required moment.

Inhaling moment: 55–68 N • m
