16.7. Door lock

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Remove a door upholstery.
3. Turn out one screw of fastening of an arm of the internal handle of opening of a door.
4. Remove an arm of the internal handle of opening of a door.
5. Remove from a door the loudspeaker in the following order:
      a. turn out three screws of fastening of the loudspeaker to a door;
      b. disconnect a plait of wires from a door frame;
      c. remove the loudspeaker and disconnect sockets.
6. Remove the internal handle of a door in the following order:
      a. turn out three screws of fastening of the handle of a door;
      b. disconnect two drafts from the handle;
      c. remove the internal handle of a door.
7. Remove a pylevlagozashchitny film, gradually separating it from a door frame.
8. Remove the door lock in the following order:
      a. disconnect two drafts from the external handle of a door;
      b. turn out three screws of fastening of the lock of a door and remove the lock through openings at doors;
      c. turn out two bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door;
      d. remove the external handle of a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put the door lock in the following order:
      a. put the door lock through an opening in the internal panel of a door;
      b. fix the door lock by three screws.

      Inhaling moment: 4–6 N • m
2. Install the external handle of a door in the following order:
      a. connect two drafts of the lock of a door;
      b. fix by two bolts the external handle of a door.
3. Establish on a door a pylevlagozashchitny film in the following order:
      a. fix a pylevlagozashchitny film on a door;
      b. remove the electric socket of a plait of wires of a door;
      c. bring drafts of the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door out of a pylevlagozashchitny film.
4. Install the internal handle of a door in the following order:
      a. connect two drafts of the lock of a door to the handle;
      b. fix the handle by three screws.

      Inhaling moment: 3–4 N • m
5. Install the loudspeaker and fix it by three screws.
6. Establish an arm of the handle and fix it by two screws.
7. Establish a door upholstery.
8. Establish a cover of the internal handle of a door and fix it by one screw.
9. Fix a door upholstery.
10. Establish an internal moisture protective strip.
11. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
