2.4. Head of the block of cylinders

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
2. Take off pressure in fuel system.
3. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
4. Merge engine oil from the engine.
5. Remove a hose of positive ventilation of a case and a hose of ventilation.
6. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator and, in the presence, a cable of management of system a cruise control.
7. Remove an inlet air branch pipe and a zabornik of fresh air.
8. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
9. Weaken a collar and remove the top hose of a radiator.

10. Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel from the fuel highway.


Prevention

You do not smoke and do not use an open flame about elements of fuel system as it can lead to explosion.


11. Weaken collars and disconnect the hoses going to a heater.
12. Disconnect electric sockets from the valve of a control system of the frequency of rotation of idling and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
13. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.
14. Disconnect other electric sockets from a head of the block of cylinders, remove an arm and reinstall an eye for an engine raising.

Inhaling moment: 37,2–51,9 N • m

15. Turn out a bolt and disconnect the grounding tire.
. 16. Turn out bolts and remove the thermofilter of a final collector.
17. Turn out bolts and remove a final collector from a head of the block of cylinders.
18. Turn out bolts and remove a bypass pipe for cooling liquid.
19. Turn out bolts and remove an arm of support of an inlet collector.
20. Remove hydraulic compensators of gaps of valves.
21. In a certain sequence, for 2–3 stages turn out bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
22. Remove a head of the block of cylinders and laying of a head of the block of cylinders.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check laying of a head of the block of cylinders for lack of leaks, spots from cooling liquid or prozhog of laying between cylinders.
2. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders of the laying remains.

Prevention

Exclude hit of the remains of laying to canals for lubricant and engine cylinders.


3. A metal ruler and the probe in six directions check planeness of a head of the block of cylinders. If necessary, pereshlifuyta head of the block of cylinders.

Maximum regrinding: 0,1 mm

4. If not planeness exceeds admissible limits, replace a head of the block of cylinders.
5. Measure height of a head of the block of cylinders.

Height:
TED: 133,9–134,1 mm
BFD: 133,8–134,0 mm

6. If height of a head of the block of cylinders differs from nominal rates, replace a head of the block of cylinders.

Prevention

If it is necessary to make machining of a head of the block of cylinders, previously remove inlet and final collectors and check planeness of the interfaced surfaces of collectors.


7. Measure by a metal ruler and the probe planeness of the interfaced surfaces of collectors in two directions.

Deviation from planeness: no more than 0,20 mm

8. If not planeness exceeds admissible limits, replace a head of the block of cylinders.

9. A metal ruler and the probe in six directions check planeness of the interfaced surface of the block of cylinders.

Deviation from planeness: 0,15 mm

10. If not planeness exceeds admissible limits, a pereshlifuyta the block of cylinders. The most admissible regrinding: 0,20 mm.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install new laying on the block of cylinders of the engine. Establish a head of the block of cylinders.
2. Establish bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
3. In a certain sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in several stages:
TED:
and. tighten bolts the moment of an inhaling of 49 N • m;
b. in the sequence, the return to tightening, weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders;
c. repeatedly tighten bolts the moment of an inhaling of 39,2 N • m;
d. tighten bolts on 90 °;
e. tighten bolts on 90 °;

BFD: tighten bolts the moment of an inhaling of 76-81 N • m.
4. Install hydraulic compensators of gaps of valves.
5. Establish an arm of support of an inlet collector and fix it by bolts.

Inhaling moment:
TED: And – 15,7–22,5 N • m
In – 36,3–53,9 N • m
BFD: 31,4–46,1 N • m

6. Establish a bypass pipe for cooling liquid and fix it by a bolt.

Inhaling moment: 89,2–116,6 N • m

7. Establish a final collector and fix it by bolts.

Inhaling moment: 38–46 N • m

8. Install the thermofilter of a final collector and fix it by bolts.

Inhaling moment:
TED: 18,6–25,5
N •
BFD m: 7,8–10,8 N • m

9. Connect the tire of grounding and fix it by a bolt.
10. Establish an arm of electric sockets and repeatedly connect all sockets. Reinstall an eye for a raising of the engine and fix it by bolts.

Inhaling moment: 37,2–51,9 N • m

11. Connect electric sockets to fuel nozzles.
12. Connect electric sockets to the valve of a control system of the frequency of rotation of idling and the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve.
13. Connect the hoses going to a heater.
14. Connect a hose of supply of fuel to the fuel highway.
15. Connect the top hose of a radiator.
16. Connect a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
17. Establish into place an inlet air branch pipe and a zabornik of fresh air.
18. Establish a cable of an accelerator and check its sagging. If necessary, adjust sagging by rotation of a nut And.

Sagging: 1–3 mm

19. In the presence, connect a cable of management of system a cruise control.
20. Establish a hose of positive ventilation of a case and a hose of ventilation.
21. Fill in engine oil in the engine.
22. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system.
23. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery.
24. Launch the engine and check lack of leak of oil and cooling liquid, and also noise from hydraulic compensators of gaps.
25. Warm up the engine before the first turning on of the fan of a radiator and check installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition.
