6.20. Fuel highway
Removal
Prevention
Gasoline is explosive therefore during the work with elements of fuel system provide normal ventilation of a workplace, do not use fire, the sparking devices opened by fire-dangerous light devices and you do not smoke.
Make sure that nozzles are reliably established in the fuel highway that will prevent their movement and, perhaps, damage.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Take off pressure in fuel system. |
2. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the rechargeable battery. |
3. Disconnect four sockets from fuel nozzles. |
4. Disconnect quick-detachable connection fuel the highway from the fuel supply pipeline. |
5. Turn out two bolts and a nut and remove an accelerator cable arm. |
6. Disconnect an accelerator cable. |
7. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the fuel highway to an inlet collector. |
8. Remove the fuel highway. |
9. Remove four clamps, the fixing nozzles to the fuel highway. |
10. Remove two insulators from a fuel nozzle. |
11. Remove a quencher of pulsations of fuel (only the TED engine). |
12. Clear the interfaced surfaces.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish and fix a quencher of pulsations of fuel. |
2. Install two insulators of a fuel nozzle. |
3. Establish nozzles to the fuel highway and fix them by four clamps. |
4. Establish the fuel highway and fix by two bolts. |
5. Connect an accelerator cable. |
6. Establish an arm of a cable of an accelerator and fix it by two bolts and a nut. |
7. Connect to the fuel highway the pipeline with quick-detachable connection. |
8. Connect four sockets to fuel nozzles. |
9. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the rechargeable battery. |

10. Launch the engine and check lack of leak of fuel.
