9.15. Choice of adjusting laying

Adjust a preliminary tightness of bearings and choose adjusting laying as follows.

Main shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a main shaft in a coupling case.
2. Establish a transmission case on a case of coupling and tighten bolts the required moment.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m

3. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type in an end face of a main shaft and measure an axial side play of a main shaft.

Axial side play: 0–0,10 mm

4. Choose the closest adjusting laying on thickness from the following row: 0,3, 0,4, 0,5 mm

Secondary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a bell and an external ring of the bearing in a coupling case.
2. Establish a secondary shaft in a coupling case.
3. Establish an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft in a coupling case.
4. Establish a transmission case on a case of coupling and tighten bolts the required moment.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m

5. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type in an end face of a secondary shaft and measure an axial side play of a secondary shaft.

Axial side play: 0,05–0,10 mm

6. Choose laying as follows.
a) Add 0,03 mm to the measured side play.
b) Add 0,08 mm to the measured side play.
c) Choose the thickest laying in the range between (a) and (b).

Example: 0,22 mm
0,22 + 0,03 = 0,25 mm
0,22 + 0,08 = 0,30 mm
Range: 0,25-0,30 mm
We choose: 0,30 mm

Thickness of adjusting laying, mm - 0,20, 0,25, 0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45, 0,50, 0,70

Differential

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish an external ring of the bearing in a coupling case.
2. Establish differential in a coupling case.

Prevention

Turn A and B until the interval shown in the drawing is eliminated.


3. Install an external ring of the bearing on special OK900 175 AA0 adaptation.
4. To install OK900 175 AA0 devices in the places shown in the drawing.
5. Tighten OK900 175 AA0 devices the required inhaling moments.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m


Prevention

Tighten bolts so that OK900 175 AA0 adaptation could not move.


6. Establish steel bars in openings And yes In the selector and turn the selector for increase in a gap.
7. Turn in the opposite direction before elimination of a gap.
8. Through a case of the transmission install OK900 175 AA0/OK130 322 020 devices on the differential satellite.
9. Turn OK130 322 020 adaptation spring scales. Turning steel bars adaptation, achieve the required preliminary loading.

Preliminary nagruzka:1,4-2,0 N • m

10. Remove OK130 322 020 adaptation.
11. Measure a gap in OK900 175 AA0 adaptation.
12. Choose thickness of adjusting laying which thickness is the closest to the greatest measured gap.

Thickness of adjusting laying, mm - 0,1, 0,2, 0,25, 0,30, 0,35, 0,40, 0,45, 0,50, 0,55, 0,60, 0,65, 0,70, 0,75, 0,80, 0,85, 0,90

13. Remove OK900 175 AA0 devices.
14. Remove a case of the transmission and OK900 175 AA0 adaptation.
15. Remove an external ring of the bearing from OK900 175 AA0 adaptation.
16. Establish adjusting laying of the chosen thickness and an external ring of the bearing in a transmission case.

Preliminary loading of the bearing of differential

You will measure preliminary loading as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish differential in a transmission case.
2. Establish a transmission case on a coupling case.

Inhaling moment: 19–26 N • m

3. Through a case of the transmission install OK900 175 AA0 devices on the differential satellite.
4. Measure preliminary loading of the bearing.

Preliminary nagruzka:1,4-2,0 N • m
5. If preliminary loading differs from demanded, modify preliminary loading of the bearing.
6. Remove OK900 175 AA0 devices.
7. Remove a case of the transmission and differential.
