9.5. Replacement of an oil sealing ring

1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Turn out the oil discharge stopper located in an end face of the transmission and merge oil in a suitable container.
3. Remove a forward wheel.
4. Remove a mudguard.
5. Disconnect the forward stabilizer of cross stability from the lower lever.


Do not damage dustproof covers.

6. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the lower lever down, and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist.
7. Turn out a nut and a stripper of OK130283021 squeeze out a pin of the hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.


Do not damage the hinge of equal angular speeds (HEAS) at separation of a power shaft from the transmission.

8. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and the transmission and easy blow to mount, take a power shaft from the transmission.

9. For an exception of damage of the external CV JOINT of a power shaft, a cord tie up a power shaft.

10. An edge of the flat screw-driver, remove a sealing ring from a transmission nest.


Clear a nest of a sealing ring and apply on it a butter layer. Oil a working edge of a new sealing ring.

11. Using a mandrel of OK201 170 AA1, establish a new sealing ring in a transmission case nest.

12. Replace a lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft and insert a power shaft into the transmission, at the same time the section of a lock ring has to settle down from above.
