Removal
Prevention
Needlessly do not remove oil sealing rings.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Remove the speedometer drive mechanism. |
2. Passatizhami with long sponges, remove a hairpin. |
|
3. After removal of the lever from a rod of the reverse gear, a passatizhama with long sponges remove the lever of switching of the reverse gear. |
|
4. Weaken a bolt and remove the lever and a rod of switching. |
5. Weaken two bolts and remove a partition and laying. |
Prevention
If necessary, the screw-driver remove an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft.
|
6. Insert the screw-driver into an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft of a case of coupling. |
7. Remove an external ring of the bearing. |
|
8. When raising a bell and external ring of the bearing, remove an external ring of the bearing. |
|
9. The screw-driver and the hammer remove a sealing ring of a rod of gear shifting. |
Prevention
At removal of a sealing ring do not damage a coupling case.
|
|
10. The screw-driver remove a sealing ring of a main shaft. |
11. The screw-driver remove a sealing ring of differential. |
12. Establish a stripper of OK130 170 012 in an external ring of the bearing of differential. |
|
13. Remove an external ring of the bearing of differential. |
|
14. After installation of a stripper OK130 170 012 in an external ring of the bearing of differential, remove an external ring of the bearing and adjusting laying from a case nest. |
|
15. The screw-driver remove a sealing ring of differential. |
Prevention
Do not damage a transmission case.
|
|
16. The screw-driver and the hammer beat out an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft from a transmission case. |
|
Installation
Prevention
Before installation of a case of coupling adjust a tightness of bearings selection and installation of adjusting laying:
– tightness of a main shaft;
– tightness of a secondary shaft;
– differential tightness.
After measurement of preliminary loading use the picked-up laying as adjusting. Grease adjusting laying and external rings of bearings with oil for the transmission.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. After installation of adjusting laying in a transmission case nest, establish an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft. |
Prevention
Oil an external surface of an oil sealing ring for the transmission.

2. Using a mandrel of OK201 170 AA1, establish an oil sealing ring of differential in a transmission case nest. |
|
3. Using a mandrel of OK201 170 AA1, establish an oil sealing ring of differential in a coupling case nest. |
Prevention
Establish adjusting laying which was selected at adjustment of a tightness of bearings of differential. Grease adjusting laying and external rings of bearings with oil for the transmission.

4. After installation of adjusting laying in a transmission case nest, establish an external ring of the bearing of differential. |
|
5. Using a mandrel of OK201 170 AA1, establish an external ring of the bearing in a coupling case nest. |
Prevention
Oil an external surface of an oil sealing ring of draft of gear shifting for the transmission.

|
6. Establish an oil sealing ring. |
Prevention
Oil an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft for the transmission.
|
|
7. Establish a bell and an external ring of the bearing of a secondary shaft in a coupling case nest. |
|
8. After installation of new laying, establish a plate and fix by bolts. Inhaling moment: 6,8–10,7 N • m
|
Prevention
Establish a protective cover so that the opening for removal of air settled down from below.
|
|
9. Establish a cover on a gear shifting rod. |
10. Install the lever and a rod of switching in a coupling case. |
11. After installation of the lever and a rod of switching tighten a bolt. Inhaling moment: 11,7–13,7 N • m
|
|
12. Install a shaft of the drive of a speedometer and a gear wheel on the plug. |
3. Install a new sealing ring of round section on the speedometer plug. |
14. Install the speedometer drive mechanism on a case of coupling and fix by a bolt. Inhaling moment: 6,8-9,8 N of m
